Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your PITAKA products and attach the provided shipping label or address information, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the package.

  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
